We'll it didn't take long, about 2 minutes before i had picked my candidate for who i wanted fired, Melissa is annoying and sadly survived most likely due to their team winning. A Food business manager who didn't step up in a food business management task. This will surely look unfavourably when she inevitably ends up before Lord Sugar in the coming weeks.

About a minute later i knew who i wanted to go if the boys lost, luckily Dan did go. He was the kind of manager everyone hates, dictates to everyone what to do but doesn't actually so any work to help.

The task was a tough one, asking the candidates to work through the night and all the next day making then selling sausages. It wa a close task with only £15 in it and had the team leader Dan pitched in then they may have scraped through.

Aside from Melissa who i have already mentioned not many other stood out. Stuart Baggs is an arse in my opinion and will be gone before the half way stage. Raleigh looked at one point looked like he was about to burst in to tears and Alex seemed to take a back seat, a fact which was Picked up by Karen.

I do worry for the sake of the British economy if these are the best and brightest the country has to offer. One thing i immediately disliked was the girls team being called Apollo, Because failure was not an option, we'll i worked for a company called Apollo and it erm failed. As for Synergy, sounds like management speak and most people hate that so lets see how they get on.
