There are 8 Candidates left in Series 7 of the Apprentice here is my brief over view of them so far.

Leon

A candidate that was close to being fired in week 2, seems to have improved a little but I really can't see him surviving his next run in with Lord Sugar, unless someone makes a big error.

Melody

Melody seems to be doing quite well this series which leads me to believe she is in with a chance. For her to have a real go at winning she does need to step up to the plate and be more noticed for a good reason

Susan

Seems to have the right ideas through the tasks but is too quiet and gets ignored by her team mates. She needs to start speaking up and being more forceful or will be gone before too much longer.

Helen

Won all 7 tasks so far so as yet not been in Lord Sugar's sights in the board room. Potentially a dark horse who has slipped under the radar until week 6 by being quiet and on the winning team. Had her team lost a few in earlier weeks she may have gone for the same reason Elle went, ie not doing very much and being quiet in the background.

Natasha

Was lucky that Jim made a stupendous error as if they had lost she was a goner. Ignored all of the feedback from the focus group and any advice from her team

Jim

Ought to have gone weeks ago, managed to survive by convincing team mates not to take him in the board room. Was certain he was to go last night (episode 7) and would have easily deserved it on that task alone. Ruined the Magazine cover and ruined the first pitch by refusing to negotiate.

Tom

Nice guy but I don't think he will win. He's undoubtedly smart but I just can't see him working with Lord Sugar. He does say the right things but not sure it gets noticed much.

Zoe

Came very close to being fired a few weeks ago but seems to have found her feet in recent weeks. Had Jim listened to her when making the Magazine cover they may have won the task. Barring a silly error she is in with a chance.

Fired this week – Glenn

Didn't think he had enough to win the series but hasn't done a whole lot wrong. He's put himself forward to do things he hadn't done before and should have survived another week over Jim.

Summary

Its Between Zoe, Helen & Melody for me are the favourites. Three more firings then its the Interviews I think, Although no Stuart Baggs character this year to make th interviews really interesting.
