There has been a new number of Beta changes announced by Google under the code name “Cosmic Panda”. If you want to give it a try for yourself you can go to youtube.com/cosmicpanda and explore the new options. The main differences seem to be regarding play lists and watching videos and how they are presented.

You can now keep watching a video and make it bigger or smaller on the fly and even keep watching while you move to another video, Playlists and channels. Other options include some new editing tools for custom channels designs for your pages. Some of these options may only work when watching using Goocle Chrome as your browser. I personally love the resizing options in the new version. The New Interface is Darker too and fits with the new Google themes which are being released. And thumbnails for videos are bigger now.

There are more things you can try out as well by going to the Youtube Test Tube which is found here: http://www.youtube.com/testtube. I will certainly be giving some of these a go and seeing how they work.
