Duke is Back!. I know its real I have a physicl copy and I have played the game. Although only for a few minutes I suppose I could still be victim of a prank. I honestly thought this game, like many others i am sure, would never be released but the game which coined the term Vaporware has finally arrived. I will be giving the game a spin properly Sunday night when I am back home. I a lot of reviews complaining that the interface is a bit Clunky and the Graphics aren't the best have read. Well on a PC the aiming and interface is not clunky at all and if they are stupid enough to play a FPS game on a console then they are really quite thick, especially so when conducting a review. Its not like you need a top of the range PC to play it most average PC's should run it fine. The Graphics are fine, they may not be super top notch but its Duke Nukem, its a game designed to be fun and doesn't need the graphics reliance as much as rinse and repeat shooters like the Call of Duty recent version after version which are little different and just a way to cream cash off gullible punters, sadly I bought the last 2 versions and there was little difference to the actual game.
2011 Trailer (NOT SAFE FOR WORK)
For nostalgia purposes here is the original 1998 demo of Duke Nukem forever from E3 in 1998, and the 2001 and 2007 Trailers for the game we know as DNF.
I Wonder how much of the original 1998 content has made it into the game, obviously graphics wont have but level layouts etc.
