Ok so everyone else has posted something about Rebecca Black. Her, and i use the term loosely, "Song" has been dubbed the worst song ever but has gotten a staggering close to 65 million views on youtube. The lyrics have been slated and to be fair they do include the genius lyrics of

Tomorrow is Saturday
And Sunday comes after…wards
I don't want this weekend to end

Anyway i saw this and the similarity with some Beatles lyrics is quite interesting. This chart originally appeared here: I Love Charts. I thought i would share it with you and for anyone who hasn't yet seen "The worst song in the world" i will post it below. For what it's worth its a terrible song but really is no worse than half the singers who appear and often win competitions like the x-factor. At least she wrote most of her own lyrics even if some were borrowed from the Beatles and lets face it Oasis have made a career out of ripping off the Beatles.
