F1 News - Lotus v Lotus

Is anyone else fed up with Lotus v Lotus next season already? While "Team Lotus" (Tony Fernandes's team) does have a few engineers from the old Lotus team and the Team lotus team they are not Lotus and The Ex Renault team are not real lotus either.Personally I think Bernie need to tell them neither team can use the name unless they agree which one has it. For any new fan of the sport next season, 2 teams with the same name and the same livery colours is going to be very confusing. F1 is a spectator sport and I don't want to have to be trying to guess which lotus is which when something happens.
Hispania Racing team (HRT, Titter titter) are apparently on for sale. I really hope who ever buys them can do some development as they were rubbish this season and seemingly made very little progress. Next season is very much going to be a learning curve for them but at least if they have some money they may catch up a little over the course of next season.
Team orders are no longer banned in 2011, Although this wasn't enforced properly in 2010 in any case but I think this is a blunder. F1 should be about the fastest driver not who is or is not allowed to race against their own team mate
Flexible rear wings are brought in for 2011 but only for cars who are within a second of the car infront who they are trying to over take. This is tracked electronically apparently and should aid overtaking. Really what they need to do is increase mechanical downforce from big fat tyres and reduce aerodynamic downforce. Cars would then be able to follow closer in the corners and be able to slipstream. Really its so simple I am surprised that no-one at the FIA have actually realised.
Another change is Gearboxes must last 5 races instead of 4 and there are stricter rules to stop Ferrari and red bull flexing their front wing more than the legal limit like they were this season.
