Boycott the 2011 Bahrain grand prix

Bahrain was re-instated into the 2011 F1 calendar yesterday conclusively proving that Bernie thinks his wallet is more important than human rights in Bahrain. No way should Formula 1 be in Bahrain until there has been some real reform not just repressing of protesters.

The second problem with re-instating Bahrain is that the Indian Grand Prix has been moved because of it. I am not sure if the tickets have been released but I am 100% sure there will be some fans who have already booked flights, hotels and started to arrange visas for then who will now be out of pocket with it being moved. Never mind at least Bernie wont be out of pocket.

I will not be watching the 2011 Bahrain Grand prix this season I am choosing to boycott it entirely. I call upon every F1 fan out there to Boycott any coverage of the race. I call upon the F1 teams to refuse to travel there, and soon so other events are not affected. I call upon F1 Sponsors to boycott the events and finally I call upon F1 Fans, teams and sponsors alike to request Bernie step down as he has his own interests ahead of the sport and this coupled with his fake rain idea is just bizarre behaviour.

I have not set this up but you can also join a Facebook page against the Bahrain GP here: http://www.facebook.com/fabgp

Alos Good on Damon Hill in speakinbg out against it: http://www.monstersandcritics.com/sport/formulaone/article_1643142.php/Former-world-champion-Damien-Hill-backs-Bahrain-GP-boycott-call

It also seems the teams are against going too so hopefully they will see sense and force Bernies hand and say No to Bahrain.
