No longer are Bolton the unfashionable long ball playing team they once were. In Owen Coyle they have a manager who tries to play decent football and last season were playing really well. In the last two seasons they have enjoyed some great success loaning in players in Wilshere and Sturridge and they will I am sure be looking to find a player to bring in this season too.

Although they will need to keep a hold of Gary Cahill and other key players and work hard I wouldn't be surprised to see them around mid table this season, maybe even in the top half. They could do with a quality striker as Kevin Davies has been on a bit of a decline the last few years

Betting

Bolton are between 9/2 and 11/2 to be relegated this season making them the 7^th Favourites for the drop. I don't believe they are among the worst three teams in the division so I would steer clear.
