Blood Bowl is a game of fantasy football although not in the pick 11 players from premier league sense. It is basically a Fantasy style (ie Elves and Dwarves etc not the kind of fantasy you were thinking of) American football or "Medieval American Football" as i have recently heard it described. The game is made by games workshop and for years was sold in their stores, alas now can only be bought on-line and some of the things which were introduced can now only be bought on Ebay. Ok so Blood Bowl returns tonight after approximately 4 weeks off for various reasons. I thought i would add an update as to how the results have gone so far and the current table. The results have been mixed so far with four teams all picking up 1 win each and the race for the top 2 and the final could still go either way as its still very early in the season. Mark is surging ahead for the most casualties so far with 11 compared to my own (Jarv) 6, followed by Jon on 3. Emma is the top Touchdown scorer so far with 5 from me and Jen who have 4.

So the first season is finished (well 10 days ago but i've been on holiday)

Its been a hard fought campaign with 2nd to 5th very close and 4 teams allo holding 2nd place at one point. Only 2 touchdowns seperated the top two high scoring teams Boomtown Bastards and Reptilian Sssaintsss & only 1 casualty between the 2 highest casualty taking teams Orcrington Stanley and Depraved Sons…
